Shipping Policy

Seattle Enraving Center Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing safe and lawful shipping of our engraved firearms and related products. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

1. Customer Service & Order Inquiries

Customers may inquire about the status of their orders:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Note: Shipping timeframes are approximate and may vary due to production, compliance checks, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping Timeframes & Methods

• Once production is complete, orders are shipped express via the courier of our choice.

• Orders are typically delivered to the customer’s designated Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer within 7–10 business days after shipment.

3. Compliance With Firearm Laws

• All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped strictly in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order are permitted in their jurisdiction.

• Federal law prohibits the direct shipment of firearms to an individual in another state from a licensed dealer. All firearms and regulated accessories must be shipped to an FFL dealer.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to choose an FFL dealer to receive their order.

4. Shipping Process

1. Place Order: The customer places an order on the Seattle Enraving Center Shop website and submits payment.

2. FFL Verification: The customer locates a local FFL dealer willing to receive the order and provides a copy of the FFL license via email to sales@seattleengravingcenter.shop.

   • Prospective FFL dealers may include: sporting goods stores, shooting ranges, gun clubs, pawn shops, etc.

3. Order Processing & Shipment: Once the FFL verification and payment are received, Seattle Enraving Center Shop completes production and ships the order to the designated FFL dealer.

Important: Customers must ensure that the FFL dealer is willing and able to accept shipments. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to FFL refusal.

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors.

• Seattle Enraving Center Shop reserves the right to select shipping carriers to ensure legal compliance and safety.

• Customers must verify local and state regulations prior to ordering to avoid legal violations or denied shipments.
