Return & Refund Policy

Seattle Enraving Center Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values customer satisfaction while maintaining strict compliance with firearm laws and regulations. Due to the nature of our products, all returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the following sophisticated policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Shipping

• Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of placement without penalty.

• Cancellations after 48 hours but before the product is shipped incur a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price.

• Refunds will exclude original shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

b) Cancellation After Shipping

• Once the product has shipped, customers may request a return; however, a 20% restocking fee applies.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. Any damage or missing components may reduce the refund amount.

2. Returns for Incorrect Products

• If a customer receives a product that does not match the original order, Seattle Enraving Center Shop will either:

  • Correct the mistake, or

  • Issue a full refund upon return of the incorrect product within 10 days of receipt.

• Refunds are only processed if the firearm has not yet been registered to the customer’s name or used.

3. Condition of Returned Products

• Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

• Products used, altered, or registered cannot be refunded.

• All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.

• Any missing components or damage will result in deductions from the refund.

4. Refund Process

1. Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria.

2. An email notification will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and approval or rejection of the refund.

3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

4. The returned item and refund will be reflected in the customer’s account within 7–10 business days after refund initiation.

5. Important Notes

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Custom or engraved firearms may not be returnable once production has started.

• Seattle Engraving Center Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
